Maja Bączyńska

Started her label in 2017. Incorporates knitwear in her design practice. The brand's desire is to create an inclusive mix of the utilitarian and non-utilitarian wear. All produced locally and ethically.

What interests her in designing is the search for beauty, form, new design tools, abstract thinking and combining contexts. She looks for inspiration in her own experiences, memories, visions of the future. When designing she seeks to explore different kinds of relationships, such as with the world, people, body. She believes that design can be a form of self-expression and that through design she can enter into dialogue with reality.

Her designs have been featured in fashion shows and exhibitions in Poland and abroad, as well as in Polish and foreign editions of Vogue, Elle, L'Officiel, Harper's Bazaar, as well as in Fashion Magazine, Fashion post, PAP Magazine, Sezon, Aktivist, lamode.info and others.
