Xinyao ye

This collection is inspired by the time imprints I found in my grandfather’s hometown. I explore the possibilities of how fashion could communicate with our living space. Modern buildings are a rarity here, many houses are abandoned and covered by plants. The once- prosperous village was slowly forgotten as people left.
In this collection, I applied many traditional and delicate techniques such like felting, embroidery, feather, and tassels to build the connection between fashion and space, I wish to use my poetic design language to record some forgotten and vivid moments in our life.
